You will join as a Van driver with duties including picking for the delivery team and supporting the delivery operation to achieve first-class customer service. You need a full driving license to be considered for this role. Our drivers are vital to our business, ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time with excellent service. About the roleOvertime opportunities are also available. You will be responsible for: Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and informing the manager of any discrepancies. Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery. Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets. Delivering goods courteously, responding to queries and complaints, and referring complex issues to a supervisor. Loading stock into the vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer premises, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately. RequirementsA can-do attitude, passion for customer service, willingness to go the extra mile, punctuality, proper presentation, and a full driving license.
