Typical customers are gardeners, landscapers, and businesses in the public & private sectors. Key Duties Existing Account Development & Management -take full responsibility for your own ledger of 45-50 customers, ensuring regular engagement and personalized support. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor to foster loyalty and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that support their growth and sustainability goals.
