Head of Estates And Countryside Management Location:Brecon, Powys, LD3 7HP Salary:Grade 13 £48,710 - £52,805 per annum Closing Date : 26 May 2025 Interview Date : 2 and 3 June 202 The Role The Head of Estates and Countryside Management is a key post responsible for the leadership and development of BBNPA as a centre of excellence in the management of their own estate land to lead on their capital works programmes and across the landscape of Y Bannau for nature and recreation. The role will plan and deliver programmes of works as well as site warden provision and management of their depot and other sites to ensure the efficient delivery of a range of services to support; sustainable and safe visitor management, inclusive access and rights of way, community and landowner engagement, nature recovery projects and land management for conservation and biodiversity. The post will advise the National Park Authority on sustainable land and asset management, visitor management, accessibility and visitor safety.
