Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Boston College to complete a Level 2 Business and Customer Services Apprenticeship Qualification to support your role. Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to orders, payments, collections, and maintaining customer quotation records with attention to detail. Assist in marketing efforts by managing our social media platforms to keep them professional and engaging. Collaborate with our account managers using our horticulture-specific stock and administration database system, Wintree. Person SpecificationCustomer-facing experience. Ability to handle data accurately. Well-organized with attention to detail. Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful candidate to undertake all duties required of the role (more detailed job description attached).
