Your role will include:Leading and supervising care staff on shift Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting personal care and daily living tasks Medication management and administration Developing, maintaining, and reviewing care plans Supporting individuals with end-of-life care needs Working closely with residents' families and being a part of the Glenholme communityAbout Vera James HouseVera James House is a purpose-built residential care home for older people situated in the historic centre of Ely within walking distance of the market place and the cathedral. The scheme has 42 single rooms, all with ensuite facilities.
