Graphic Designer Bolton (Hybrid or On-site options available) Consumer Goods / Retail - Sports industry 30,000 - 33,000 An established and growing organisation in the consumer products sector is on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join their in-house design function. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative creative team, working on a variety of engaging projects from concept through to completion! Key Responsibilities: Work closely with colleagues across the design and purchasing departments to understand briefs and align on project goals Take part in product photography and asset preparation when required Create engaging and polished designs for both digital platforms and physical materials Interpret brand guidelines to develop strong visuals that connect with target audiences Respond constructively to feedback and implement changes with precision Maintain awareness of emerging design trends and best practices within the industry Produce high-quality work using industry-standard software, primarily within Adobe Creative Suite What Were Looking For: Essential: Demonstrable experience in a similar graphic design role Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Sound knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities Adaptable and responsive, able to work to tight deadlines A team player with excellent communication skills Calm and solution-focused under pressure Detail-oriented and comfortable handling some admin tasks as part of broader project work Desirable: Experience in consumer products, retail, or eCommerce environments Familiarity with photography and asset management tools Interested in this role?
