Our client is a leading, award-winning Estate Agents in Ilkeston. They are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team. The right candidate will be self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude. You will also have experience in a similar role or in the property industry. In this role you will be working with landlords, tenants and clients, ensuring the company continues with their exceptionally high customer service levels and growth. As the new Sales Negotiator, you will: Deal with sales progression and resolve any issues Professionally deal with clients face-to-face, by phone and e-mail Build rapport when booking market appraisals, viewings etc Consistently canvass for new business and opportunities Daily administrative duties Provide support to colleagues and management Conduct viewings and deal with offers Requirements for this role: Experience using Microsoft word, excel and outlook Full driving licence with own vehicle Previous sales/customer service experience Experience in a similar role About you Our client is seeking a positive, outgoing individual with a professional attitude and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. They should demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a commitment to upholding the company's reputation through their conduct and appearance. Strong teamwork and individual drive are equally important, alongside proven competence in using IT software and a solid understanding of the local area. About this role: This is an office-based role at our clients site in Ilkeston, DE7. The is a permanent, full-time position. Saturday working on a rota is an essential part of this role.
