Using knowledge about clinical excellence and compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the litigation context, you will shift the culture in the clinical teams towards achieving clinical outcomes while quality assuring the input being provided. This is a hybrid role, so you will be mostly working from home, with monthly face to face compliance and hub team meetings in the London, Reading and other locations. What we need from you: Regulated health professional e.g. HCPC, NMC, SWE Strong experience in case management and rehabilitation Proven leadership experience in clinical and management roles Strong understanding of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance Extensive experience with supervision, risk management and service development Understand the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and safeguarding procedures Understand CQC regulations, Health, and Social Care Act 2008, and other relevant legislation Ability to implement and maintain policies in line with CQCs Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and assessment framework Experience of inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clinicians and service hub staff Ability to deliver exceptional customer service Willingness to learn and a curious mindset Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel), client management systems (e.g., Qunote), and MS Teams/SharePoint Proficient in using design tools like Canva to support social media endeavours Excellent presentation skills and the ability to represent the organisation externally Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Desirable: Degree in relevant healthcare field or NVQ Level 5 qualification or above Prior experience working as a Registered Manager Experience of leading on CQC inspections What the role involves: A full job description and list of responsibilities can be found on the companys website. Below is a short overview of duties. Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the case management and psychology teams, ensuring best practice in client care and rehabilitation and in line with professional and regulatory body standards Ensure the regulated case management client packages are consistently moving towards outstanding CQC ratings Offer guidance, client review and supervision to case managers, ensuring their clinical decisions align with professional standards and company values Support professional development within the team, including sharing training opportunities, mentorship, and engagement reviews Advise on complex cases, offering expert input and guiding seamless coordination between professionals, clients, and stakeholders Foster a culture of clinical excellence, ensuring high-quality service delivery, goals-driven input and continuous improvement in client outcomes Produce business data with other key hub team members to support service development Represent the service and support the development of relationships within the industry Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per year, depending on experience. Hours: Working full time 37.5 hours per week. Core hours are 9.30am 3pm with an additional 2 hours to be worked flexibly each day.
