Are you a talented welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We're working with a leading client in the precision sheet metal sector who is looking to add an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components. Perform occasional stick welding as needed for specific tasks. Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication. Use hand and power tools effectively during assembly and fabrication. Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished work meets industry and client standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and improve processes. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, ideally within a production or fabrication environment. Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols. Confidence in working with sheet metal and reading technical drawings. Skilled in using hand and power tools; basic maths ability for measurements and adjustments. A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
