Construction Training Co-ordinatorTrafford Park c30,000-35,000doe A leading force in the construction industry has a newly created role for a candidate who comes from a strong training background, conorganising training courses within the civil engineering, bulk earthwork or construction sector 25days + 8 days bank holidays, plus other benefits Job duties: Supporting the H&S manager to implement and organise training throughout the business Booking training courses for 200+ construction employees, ensuring the training matrix is maintained and the training plan comes in line with annual budgets Ensuring attendees and line managers are aware of course details, venues and have the relevant training materials prior to the training even being held Maintaining database of training providers, costs and reporting on monthly spend Maintaining all training levy returns, ensuring applications are submitted in time Providing a professional liaison and support between the HSEQ team, operations, employees and training providers at all times Also supporting the Pre-construction Bid manager with all bid and tender submissions Job Desirables: Ideal candidate must have gained at least 12months 2 years experience organising training courses within a similar sector, such as civil engineering, construction or remedial works Knowledge of occupational H&S, Environmental and Quality management systems are a must (OHSAS 45001, ISO 14001 & 9001) Good report writing and IT skills Be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills If you have the relevant experience, then please do not hesitate to give us a call today, Lisa at Forrest Recruitment Ltd on 0161 928 9268 Please note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those successfully shortlisted for the role will be personally contacted.
