You will oversee the smooth running of multiple adult supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently. You will also drive quality improvement, operational performance, and staff development initiatives, while leading on critical workstreams such as agency staff eradication and assistive technology integration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational oversight and leadership across adult services in the regionLine manage and support Registered ManagersLead service performance monitoring and continuous improvementDrive the implementation of digital care planning systemsDevelop and oversee regional action plans to eliminate agency staffingEnsure services meet regulatory, safeguarding, and legislative requirementsPromote a person-centred, inclusive, and rights-based care modelSupport training compliance and staff professional developmentThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a confident and autonomous leader with a strong background in operational management within adult social care.
