Senior Fall Protection Engineer Location: Mobile role with office base in Rochester, Kent Salary: Up to 42,000 Job Type: Full-time About the Company: Our client is a leading supplier of fall protection access equipment in the UK, specialising in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of high-quality solutions for safe working at height. About the Role: As a Senior Engineer, you will lead and supervise complex projects, mentor junior staff, and act as a key technical resource for fall protection solutions. This role suits experienced professionals ready to take ownership of high-value installations and inspections. Key Responsibilities: Lead installation, inspection, and remedial works on fall protection systems Supervise teams of Engineers, Associates, and Trainees on site Liaise with clients, resolve issues, and contribute to project planning Ensure works meet BS 7883 and all safety standards Deliver training and provide technical support to junior team members Essential Skills: Extensive fall protection experience In-depth knowledge of BS 7883 and fall protection systems SSSTS and strong supervisory experience Full UK manual driving licence Desirable: PASMA/IPAF Experience with Simpro or similar software Project management experience across multiple sites Benefits: 38.5-hour paid working week (including paid lunch break) Overtime: Time and a half (MonSat), Double time (Sundays) 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) Company van, fuel card, and credit card Company mobile phone & tablet Training and development support including enrollment on the NVQ 2 & 3 Fall protection if not already achieved.
