Position Electrical Maintenance Manager Salary Up to 50,000 per annum Location Basildon, Essex Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Reporting Into Engineering Manager TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to work for a leading commercial facilities maintenance and building project organisation. With vast experience and an excellent proven track record they have positioned themselves as the ideal commercial facilities maintenance and project solution for several industry sectors. Currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to work in close partnership with the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (QS), supporting the effective leadership of the electrical maintenance team. This role is integral in managing daily operations, including quoting for reactive attendances, overseeing scheduling, and managing certifications, while ensuring that all tasks align with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Quoting & Estimating Compliance Management Scheduling & Allocation Quality Assurance & Reporting Client & Stakeholder Communication Team Leadership & Development Qualifications Relevant qualification in electrical engineering or a related field (e.g., HND, NVQ Level 3). Proven experience in electrical maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site or FM environment. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, including current electrical codes and safety regulations. Technical Skills Skilled in quoting, estimating, and managing budgets for maintenance projects. Familiarity with certification processes and compliance standards. Proficiency in maintenance management software and scheduling tools.
