Principal Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment Role) Location: Leeds (LS1) Remuneration: Up to 35,000, Uncapped Commission, Benefits Billing Well but Feeling Stuck? The Role and About You As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a desk in the North West Maintenance Engineering market an active, high-demand sector where good recruiters thrive. You'll inherit warm sales data and existing client relationships, so you won't be starting from zero but you'll have the freedom to build and shape your desk with autonomy. You'll be: Developing business with both new and existing clients, with plenty of warm leads to go at Building long-term relationships with hiring managers and becoming their go-to recruiter Sourcing and managing candidates in a competitive, fast-moving market Handling offers, negotiations, and closing deals with confidence Working toward a leadership pathway this role has genuine scope to progress into team management About you: You're already billing, but you want more control, a bigger desk, and a route to grow into leadership You're commercially sharp, resilient, and take pride in building relationships that last You're looking for a business that backs you with real investment in your market, not just lip service Why ATA Recruitment?
