Pension scheme, EAP, Blue Light Card & rewards platform The Role As Payroll Officer, you will: Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for approx. 1,100 employees Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and employment legislation Maintain accurate payroll systems and employee records Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner Prepare payroll reports and liaise with finance and HR to ensure accuracy Manage leave, deductions, and terminations effectively What Were Looking For ? Proven experience in a payroll processing role ? Solid knowledge of payroll systems, tax, and employment legislation ? High attention to detail and strong numerical skills ? Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines ?
