Benefits- Competitive rates of pay Flexible Hours to work around your life and commitments First DBS free As a Chef working in one of our partnered care homes, respite services, or rehabilitation units, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of the residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure all meals are nutritious, well-balanced and enjoyable.Key Responsibilities: Ensure meals are prepared and served on time. Cater for specific dietary requirements, including allergies and special diets. Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment. Proven experience as a Chef, preferably within a care home, respite, or rehabilitation setting. Experience in menu planning and catering for special dietary requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and patient approach to working with elderly residents and patients.
