You''ll be stepping into a lead-level position, with the chance to mentor junior team members, shape best practices, and influence how the business uses data across engineering and science. As the team grows, youll have a natural path toward leading the Data Engineering or Data Science function or even the entire data division. From a hands-on perspective, youll be designing and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, working with tools like AWS Redshift, S3, and Kafka, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver insights into player behaviour and gaming analytics. Youll work across both real-time and batch processing, helping to optimize infrastructure and drive innovation in a data-rich, high-performance environment. The role is 4 days p/w on site in Camden.
