As we continue to grow our Maison, we are seeking a dedicated Logistics Assistant to support our expanding operations and ensure our pieces reach the world with precision and care. In this role, you will play a key part in Logistics and Order Management , with responsibilities that include coordinating the dispatch and allocation of stock across both Retail and Wholesale channels. The role: Logistics & Order Management Dispatch and allocate stock for both Retail and Wholesale channels. Coordinate exports with transport partners, including customs clearance and documentation. Liaise daily with 3PL partners to resolve order-related queries and maintain strong working relationships. Prepare invoices and packing lists for local, EU, and international shipments in coordination with warehouse and suppliers. Monitor and raise paperwork for proforma payments. Issue credit notes and maintain import/export documentation, order and invoice confirmations. Manage and regularly update the customer database master file. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding specific requirements and timelines to enhance service delivery. Coordinate wholesale returns and ensure timely processing of inbound stock. Support accurate stock management including stock receipts, returns, and discrepancy resolution. Handle ad hoc requests from the department and management as needed. Warehouse Coordination Book in production deliveries promptly. Monitor the production critical path in collaboration with Sales to plan stock allocations. Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Reconcile stock levels between Odoo ERP and WMS systems. Optimise workflow and ensure system efficiency. Lead coordination of bi-annual stock take and ensure data alignment. Customer Service Respond to customer queries regarding shipments and tracking in a timely and professional manner. Manage and resolve customer claims related to returns or repairs, including warehouse coordination when necessary. The candidate Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven problem-solving and numerical abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Commercially aware, with an understanding of how decisions impact customer experience and business outcomes. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines. High accountability and ownership of responsibilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP and WMS systems is a plus. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
