Warehouse Operations Manager 50,000 Car Allowance Bonus Monday to Friday - Day Shifts Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for a dynamic environment where you can grow? As an Operations Manager you will lead and manage a team across Warehouse and Transport functions ensuring stock is delivered on time and in full. You will provide leadership to motivate and drive your team to achieve KPI''s. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day to day Warehouse operations Be accountable for HR Procedures such as recruitment, performance reviews and enforcing policies and procedures Achieve depot objectives by driving the culture on site Ensure metrics are met with business requirements Ensure all compliance and legal records are documented in a timely manner Maintain a safe working environment by establishing, following and driving standards on site Experience: You must have previous working as a Warehouse/Operations Manager 3PL and/or FMCG experience desirable Previous experience with a WMS IOSH or NEBOSH desirable
