As we embark on our next phase of expansion, were looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth, build our sales team, and strengthen our commercial foundations. The Role The Sales Manager will be responsible for both driving new business and growing a high performing sales team across the UK - onboarding, training and managing new hires. This is a hybrid player-coach role: youll have your own revenue target and will be instrumental in building a structured, successful sales function around you. Revenue Generation Own and deliver an annual new business revenue target Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities across F&B, hospitality and retail Build and manage a personal pipeline with a balance of outbound and marketing-sourced leads 2. Team Building & Management Recruit, onboard, and train junior sales representatives as the team expands Set individual targets and KPIs, provide structured coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews Build a supportive but accountable team environment where junior reps are set up to succeed 3. Sales Process & CRM Ownership Help design and continuously improve the sales processes, playbooks, and CRM (HubSpot) practices Ensure strong pipeline hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting across the team 4. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to feed back insights and opportunities Contribute to strategic projects as the commercial function evolves (e.g. territory expansion, product launches) About You Background and Skillset: 36 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fast-scaling businesses Experience onboarding, training, or managing junior sales reps (formally or informally) essential Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Hands-on experience working with CRMs (HubSpot or similar) and using data to drive sales decisions Strong pipeline management and sales process skills Comfortable balancing personal sales responsibilities with leadership responsibilities Bonus if you have experience in tech, SaaS or hospitality-adjacent industries Personal Attributes: Youre a people person - we work collaboratively internally and with our clients A natural seller - you love closing deals and are motivated by finding the perfect solution for clients Highly organised, data-driven, and structured in your approach Resilient - you have a positive and can-do-attitude, with the patience to coach juniors through mistakes and setbacks Youre excited by growth, ownership, and building things from the ground up Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability You have a passion for hospitality and the world of food and drink Why Join Us?
