Senior 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant London - Cannon Street / Monument / London Bridge area Hybrid working Outstanding Commission Scheme - Uncapped & No threshold. THIS ROLE IS IN LONDON AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE OFFICE 4 DAYS PER WEEK MUST HAVE PROVEN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE Its an exciting time here at Digitech Resourcing as we have recently been acquired by a private equity firm via an MBO who are keen to see us expand through both organic growth and potential acquisition activity. We partner with leading tech and tech enabled brands helping them to hire the talent they need to accelerate their growth and transform their operations. I am very excited to share that we are looking for experienced Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. We are looking to grow our London office with immediate effect. The sales team is at 8 heads and we are looking at adding 2 or 3 consultants to the team. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new. We offer an outstanding commission structure with no thresholds. We have monthly and quarterly incentives for not only target hitters but those who go above and beyond. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new. Other than tech recruitment we also work within the Risk, Compliance and Finance markets.
