Youll take ownership of profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met while leading by example alongside the Restaurant General Manager.Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, coaching and developing your team, managing inventory, and implementing cost control measures. Youll analyse performance and adjust strategies to drive sales and profitability, all while fostering a motivated, engaged team.
