Technical Consultant (SQL) - Maidenhead - PermanentI am looking for an analyst with experience of SQL in a support environment for a company near Maidenhead. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Our engineers are our direct link to our customers. They partner with our customers to implement systems in their businesses. Our professional services team is responsible for helping each customer realize the ROI on our products through streamlined, best-practice business processes. Our product suite offers a vast array of capabilities, and the professional services team is there to help the customers put those capabilities into action.Responsibilities:Use disciplined project management methodology and tools with a high level of discretion to implement and configure increasingly larger and more complex enterprise products to solve customer business needsScoping and estimation of effort required for small and medium implementation projectsProvide excellent high-touch customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring that each customer is a reference Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (based upon survey scores)Troubleshoot implementation issuesConfigure, test and refine multiple interacting system modulesLiaise with customer and third-party IT teams regarding connectivity (e.g. file or API-based transfer of data)Understand overall technical aspects of company software, including application architecture and infrastructure Increase knowledge and experience to become a subject matter expert in products and services and their application in a business environment Skills:Technical implementation experience exhibited by working independently on projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel skills Knowledge of SQLHighly motivated self-starter with a desire to solve problems and help othersStrong written and verbal communication skills Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused teamAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasksStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure If this sounds of interest, please apply today.
