Following a period of rapid growth and with some of the UK's most exciting clients on board, our client is looking for a passionate and organised Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.What's the Opportunity?Reporting to the Head of Technical, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations.What Will You Be Doing?Customer Complaints & Non-Conformance Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.Calibration Scheduling Manage and maintain technical equipment calibration schedules.Quality Management System (QMS) Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready.QA Coverage Step in for routine QA checks to support production when needed.Consumables Management Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team.Supplier Assurance Keep supplier documentation up to date and chase certificates.Deputise for Head of Technical Provide leadership cover where required.Specification Management Help keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current.HACCP Participation Support our food safety systems as an active member of the HACCP team.Operational Support Work with Operations on investigations, training, and continuous improvement.What Are We Looking For?Minimum 3 years QA/Technical experience in FMCG (preferably chilled food/drink)HACCP Level 3Internal Auditor trainedExperience with retailer specification systemsWhy Join the business?
