Your key responsibilities will include:Handling acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and asset management. Advising on banking and finance arrangements related to property transactions. Liaising with a range of clients including businesses, investors, and developers. Managing transactions from initial instruction to completion with minimal supervision. Drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation with precision and clarity. Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client service.
