Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a flagship large-scale residential development. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-value, multi-phase housing scheme, delivering critical cost management functions across all project stages, with a specific emphasis on groundworks and infrastructure packages.Key Responsibilities:*Assist in the preparation, submission, and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts.*Manage and monitor subcontractor accounts and payments.*Provide commercial input to project programming and reporting.*Work closely with the Senior QS and site teams to manage project costs and risks.*Procure and manage subcontract packages, particularly in groundworks and civils.*Prepare cost plans, tender documentation, and contribute to contract negotiations.*Conduct site visits to verify works completed and assess progress.*Support forecasting and reporting of cash flow, cost, and value reconciliations.*Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company procedures.Requirements:*Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience).*Minimum 3-5 years of post-graduate experience, ideally within residential or civil engineering sectors....
