Logistics Coordinator - Newcastle - Up to £35,000Our client, who are a international logistics company are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team in Newcastle, UK As Logistics Coordinator, you will be tasked to Coordinate and arrange transportation of goods via all transport modes and dealing with customs and shipping documentation in line with client directives and standard operating proceduresJob type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday - 09:00am to 17:30pmSalary: Up to £35,000 DOEResponsibility:Facilitate the transportation of goods from one destination to another, including arranging transportation and orchestrating deliveries to meet internal and external customer demands, with a proactive approach to minimise delays and operational impact. Create customs and shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and clearance instructions in line with relevant requirements for imports and exports. Ensure compliance with customs regulations for all clients. Obtain export and import entries to complete logistics files required to satisfy audit requirements. Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure efficient movement of goods. Manage clients' HMRC records where required.
