Day-to-day, youll work closely with pupilsboth 1:1 and in small groupsto help them engage in learning, manage emotions, and build confidence. Youll also contribute to wider school life and benefit from experienced staff who understand the needs of pupils with SEMH.What were looking for: A Psychology degree (or expected degree) by summer 2025 A genuine interest in child development, behaviour, and mental health Resilience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills A commitment to supporting young people with complex needs
