Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Truck Driver to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:● Perform daily safety checks on forklifts and report any defects or damage to the manager.● Maintain cleanliness of forklifts on a weekly basis to the agreed standard.● Adhere to the Chain of Custody procedure during goods receipt and report any issues to the Procurement Manager.● Check all deliveries for quantity and stock type before the delivery.● Ensure stock is accurately booked into the system and labelled correctly.● Communicate effectively with the Programming team regarding mixed material or part packs.● Separate and re-palletise mixed pallets on the day of delivery.● Monitor tasks through the scanner app and prioritise workload effectively, including requests via Slack or in person.● Remove and manage waste, ensuring it is deposited into the correct skips, and organise skip collections ensuring that the Facilities Manager is also aware● Uphold housekeeping sta...
