We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Processing Officer to join the CS Global Partners Legal Processing Team. The position is suited to someone who has a strong commitment and interest in citizenship and residency by investment solutions and experience in a fast paced legal or immigration advisory environment. You will be required to oversee the legal processing team that process our clients ‘investor immigration applications. You, in conjunction with the team, will look after clients throughout the application process, compiling the files, reviewing the documentation, preparing correspondence and deal with any other issues as and when they arise. You must have the ability to deal with legislation and legal processes from the various jurisdictions that we operate in, which includes liaising directly with the respective legal offices and Citizenship by Investment Units. The individual will also provide legal support to all of CS Global Partners’ international offices.The applicant should have knowledge in Know Your Client (KYC) procedures. Additional compliance experience is helpful as you will be required to conduct due diligence checks on all stakeholders that the company engages therefore analysing and identifying any risks and implications of the company.Do you fit the mould?
