We are looking for the Senior Perception Engineer to join our team based in London, UK.ResponsibilitiesBuild robust perception systems for real-time 3D scene understanding, including object detection, classification, pose estimation, and human detectionBuild a system to track objects & people across the sceneBuild a consistent semantic scene representation that allows for understanding complex relationships between objects, people, and their surroundingsUnderstand the semantics of objects and their positional relations to other objects in the sceneDevelop and optimize pipelines for offline auto-labeling and real-time perception tasks to support dataset generation and model trainingCreate and maintain datasets for manipulation tasks, including cleaning and augmentation pipelinesCollaborate with reasoning and control teams to ensure perception aligns with spatial understanding and robotic actionsExpertiseProficiency in 3D scene understanding technologies, including object and human detection, classification, and pose estimationExperience in semantic scene representation and reasoning about object relationships within a sceneExperience in building pipelines for offline auto-labeling and real-time processingStrong understanding of dataset creation, cleaning, and augmentationStrong software engineering skills for real-world deployment, particularly on model optimisation for embedded systemsFamiliarity with the latest machine learning and robotics researchBenefitsHigh competitive salary.23 calendar days of vacation per year.Flexible working hours.Opportunity to work on the latest technologies in AI/ML, Robotics and others.Startup model, offering a dynamic and innovative work environment.
