A brand-new luxury watch boutique are seeking a Sales Consultant with a strong background in luxury retail to work with a discerning client base in first class surroundings.ResponsibilitiesProvide a high standard of service and customer care and provide a welcoming environmentSales of luxury watches, providing expert advice through sound product knowledgeLook after clients with refreshments and any other requirementsTake on all stages of the training process and keep up to date with new modelsHave impeccable presentation at all times, reflective of the luxury brandContribute to successful in-store or external events to promote the brandBuild a client ‘book’ with strong relationships maintaining contact and updating themProcess incoming stock via internal stock systems accuratelyDeal with watches brought in for repair, following brand guidelinesDisplay products attractively in order to attract, encourage and motivate attention and salesMaintain care of stock, cleaning and pricing the windows and display cabinetsPerform admin duties associated with the running of the BoutiqueHandle accurately and honestly all cash and credit transactionsBe vigilant at all times with regard to security, reporting any suspicious incidents immediately RequirementsPrevious experience working in LUXURY retail is essentialOutstanding customer service and relationship building skillsImpeccable standards of personal grooming and presentation Brand events experience is advantageous
