This is the ideal next step for a newly qualified accountant from a Big 4 or top-tier firm seeking a challenging and rewarding in-house role with real breadth and progression opportunities.As a Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key part in the statutory reporting and financial control of a global business with a strong reputation for excellence. Reporting into a senior finance leader, you’ll gain exposure to international entities, technical accounting, and commercial finance, all within a collaborative, supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for UK and overseas entities in line with IFRS/FRS 102Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditorsMaintain robust financial controls and assist in implementing process improvementsPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal policiesAssist with tax and regulatory compliance across various jurisdictionsPartner with wider finance and business teams to deliver insight and support decision-makingWhat We’re Looking For:ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally trained within a Big 4 firmStrong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRSExcellent attention to detail, with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvementEffective communicator who can collaborate across departments and geographiesCommercially aware with a willingness to get involved beyond traditional reportingA global leader in intellectual property, operating across Europe, Asia, and North America.
