Your expertise will be instrumental in meeting client expectations and expanding the company's pension and employee benefits services.Responsibilities• Represent the business in meetings with clients, providers, and prospective clients• Identify and deliver practical, tailored solutions that meet client needs• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both clients and internal teams• Provide clear, strategic advice on provider selection and market options• Contribute to the growth and evolution of pension and employee benefit offerings• Stay up to date with market trends through regular provider research• Continuously deepen your expertise in pensions and employee benefits• Mentor and support the development of junior team membersRequirements• Minimum 5 years' experience in UK pension or employee benefits consulting• Advanced knowledge of pension providers and master trusts• Thorough understanding of UK DC market, drivers, and trends• Broad knowledge of relevant legislation and governance frameworks• Experience with Occupational Trust Based DC schemes and wind-up processBenefits• Competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus• Generous holiday allowance and additional day off before Christmas• Comprehensive study support package for professional developmentHow to ApplyTo apply for this position, please send a copy of your CV to including the job reference number.
