They are are looking for an Senior Lawyer to support their thriving Dispute Resolution team team, providing training, updates, and support on complex public litigation matters. Typical matters this team sees include a variety of public litigation, including procurement disputes and public inquiries making this a key requirement for any potential applicant.The firm has over 70 Lawyers in the UK and have excellent opportunities for flexible hybrid working including part-time working (for the right candidate). They offer a competitive salary and a very friendly environment, if you're confident in you experience this could be an excellent fit.Key Responsibilities:Support a busy Dispute Resolution team, responding to legal and procedural queries and functioning as an internal consultant on litigation matters.Assist with the development and maintenance of internal resources including guidance notes, case summaries, precedents etc for use by the greater firm.Provide training programs for legal professionals across all levels and key clients, covering changes to the law and litigation tactics.Building relationships with clients using marketing material, and business development campaigns, while maintaining high standard of care and ensuring full compliance.Desired Skills and Experience:UK qualified Solicitor of 6+ PQE or equivalent ILEX qualification, A strong practical understanding and demonstrated experience in litigation processes including those within public law and procurement disputes,Experience or good understanding of public inquiries and investigations,Strong academic background (ideally with a 2:1 undergraduate degree)Excellent communication skills with colleagues and members of staff.High levels of attention to detail.As renumeration this firm offers a salary at the top of the market with bonus schemes and a benefits package along market lines.
