A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a small but mighty team! This dynamic, ambitious, own label business sits within the FMCG Food & Drink sector. The role is crucial for shaping and driving the business within the Grocery accounts, as well as supporting the BDE with Wholesale & Foodservice Customers.The role with be working closely with the Head of Commercial, and will be the main point of contact for the following customers – ALDI, ASDA, Morrisons & Iceland.*This role is open to JNAMs, BDMs, Commercial Managers, Business Managers looking for that next progressive step*KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage accounts by building strong collaborative relationships.Work with the Category Manager to help identify growth opportunities within your customer base.Complete ownership of customer tenders, including building cost models, future planning and negotiations.Build & execute promotional plans. (where applicable)Work with the Demand Planning team on both promotional & seasonal forecasting.Support the HoC with the management of weekly availabilities.Assist HoC in building Commercial long-term strategies and budgets on an annual basis.Support the BDE with Wholesale & Foodservice Customers.KEY REQUIREMENTSTo be considered for this role you will have a strong commercial background within the food and drinks sector, ideally with 3 years+ experience working within FMCG.Excel and presentation skills essential.Experience in fast paced environment.Working under pressure under tight timeframes.Skills of time management, prioritising and decision-making.Pay range and compensation packageSalary (dependant on experience) £45,000 - £55,000 + Car + Benefits.Please only apply if you can travel to the Midlands 3x a week.
