We are a family-owned and run business and truly hold our values at the heart of everything we do, offering a unique and friendly place of work while maintaining the highest professional standards.Key Responsibilities: –Working to company quality systems ISO 9001 & 14001 & 45001Liaising with all departments regarding group opportunities.Proactively research new business opportunities within agreed scope and geographical locationPromote WBPS Ltd and services via face to face and phone & email contactSupport as necessary internal sales with customer visits as requiredNew client recruitmentResponsible for controlling the chasing of all new quotations aided by sales personnelAchieve agreed sales revenuesPresent face to face proposals as requiredEnsure Salesforce is fully up to date at all times with prospects, quotes, visits planned and all activitySubmit monthly sales report including pipeline report and present in the monthly sales meetingsAttend sales de-brief meetings as required by Line ManagerMeet monthly, quarterly and annual “new sales” targets laid down in your job acceptance letter dated which will be reviewed as applicable.Maintain presentable imageUpdating WBPS Ltd online databaseOpening of quotations for customer enquiriesObtaining all new customers details enter on to databaseEnsure that new customers are made aware of WBPS Ltd terms and conditionsSetting up new client terms and conditions in conjunction with Senior ManagementSending off introduction letters to prospective customersThe above list is not exhaustive, is subject to change and we may ask you to undertake other duties What we can offer youCompetitive industry salary commission structure28 Days holiday plus bank holidaysPromotion opportunitiesPrivate healthcareSuperb support network from the Line Manager & DirectorLong term service awardsEmployee discount programmeDeath in ServiceOutstanding employee assistance programme
