If you're looking for an opportunity to work closely with commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing financial insight that will drive performance and efficiency across the business, this role would be ideal for you!Key Responsibilities will include:Financial Planning & AnalysisAssist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reportsSupport the forecasting and annual budgeting processAssist in annual stock revaluationBusiness Partnering & Performance ManagementBe a key finance contact for commercial, sales, and operational staffProvide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to senior management and key stakeholdersLead discussions on business performance, budget reviews, and cost management to align financial objectives with business strategyAct as a trusted advisor to area operations, providing financial reports and analysis to support decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunitiesCapital Expenditure & Investment AppraisalProvide financial models, scenario analysis, and investment appraisals for CAPEX projectsMonitor and review CAPEX spend, ensuring accurate reporting and process controlCost Control & EfficiencyMonitor and challenge costs within operations and finance functions to drive efficiency and cost savingsSupport the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager in enhancing process efficiency and data accuracyCompliance & ReportingSupport the Financial Controller and Senior Finance Business Partner with analysis and insights for key decision-makingDevelop and enhance KPI reporting for internal and external stakeholdersProvide information and evidence for audit and other financial reviewsTake on ad-hoc projects and duties as requiredCandidate Profile:CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifiedStrong Excel skillsThe ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insightA proactive approach to cost control, efficiency, and business improvementThe confidence to advise and challenge stakeholders at all levelsThis role would be ideal for a qualified candidate who wants to partner with a business, influence decision-making, and drive performance in an industry-leading organisation.
