As General Manager your role will be to lead a team of hospitality experts to achieve revenue and growth for our owners within a full-service hotel setting. You'll utilise key transport links to drive commercial rooms business in the corporate sector and continue to build a local network to make the hotel a focal point of the community as Bedford and the surrounding areas grow with future theme parks and exciting new developments You'll utilise the newly renovated feature on site restaurant to drive business and first class guest experiences Beyond driving performance metrics like revenue, profit, and guest satisfaction, this role calls for a leader who can cultivate a high-performing team. With the scope of the role, team and property in mind, you will have demonstrable experience as a General Manager within a similar environment. With the hotel's fantastic new feature restaurant on site, Food and Beverage experience is a must have. Your role will also include managing multiple stakeholders, therefore experience working closely with owners or in a 3rd party management model will be crucial to the success of this role.
