One of our well-respected secondary schools are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join their thriving PE department. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to promoting sports, health, and well-being among students both inside and outside the curriculum. This will start as of Autumn 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality PE lessons, inspire students to engage in physical activity, and contribute to a school culture that values personal growth and achievement. They should demonstrate creativity, commitment, and a strong desire for professional development. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality PE lessons across various year groups. Foster a positive attitude toward physical activity and well-being among students. Contribute to extracurricular sports activities and school competitions. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development. Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies. Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote teamwork and sportsmanship. Support students of all abilities, ensuring inclusive participation in physical education.
