Job Title: Brick Cutter Location: IG Elements, Overseal, Swadlincote Salary: 13.50 per hour Hours: Full-time, fixed PM shift (14:00 22:00) Contract Type: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp permanent opportunity) About the Role: We are recruiting for a Brick Cutter to join our client IG Elements, a well-established manufacturer of GRP building products in Overseal. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work and are looking for long-term employment with career development potential. Key Responsibilities: Cutting bricks to precise measurements using power tools and saws Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists Preparing brick slips for use in moulding GRP architectural products Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all cuts and finishes Working to production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards Cleaning and maintaining tools and workstations Requirements: A CV is required to apply Previous experience with hand tools or in a manufacturing/production environment is advantageous but not essential Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Willingness to learn full training is provided Benefits: Full training provided Temp to perm after 12 weeks Opportunity to develop skills in a growing manufacturing environment Supportive team and structured shifts Apply Now: To apply, please call 01283 533 522 or email your CV to TPBN1_UKTJ
