The role as a graduate sales executive: You will work in a role based around the combination of new and existing business, being offered huge support to get up and running as you chase a promotion within year 1. Your time will be split 90/10 between working with pre-existing clients and sourcing new business opportunities. There will be a variety of progression routes available, such as the opportunity to move into a client-facing field sales role, or an internal leadership position. Who are you? You are commutable to Bracknell daily. You are educated to degree level. You have the ability to communicate confidently with a range of individuals, often in new and potentially daunting situations You have a generic interest in the gym / health area You are target-driven, motivated individual that has clear goals and aspirations within their personal life You are an enthusiastic self-starter that always brings positive energy to a team For a candidate that can offer all of that & more, the package on offer is… £27,000 basic salary £12k commission target in Y1 (this is uncapped!)
