We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry.About the role:We are looking for a qualified (or near-qualified) accountant who has experience of working in a multi-site retail environment. You will have Sage 50 experience and solid Excel skills.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting records and financial systems. This role requires a proactive and analytical approach. 5 days on site required here at Newbridge, Edinburgh.Responsibilities: Completing management accountsPreparation of store P&L accountsHistoric and predictive cash flow reportingEnsure a rigorous month end close processAssisting the Finance Director in the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecastsEnsuring the company is compliant with VAT and tax regulations and preparation of appropriate VAT returnsExperience required:Qualified (or near-qualified) accountant3-5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong analytical skills and excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skillsStakeholder Management
