This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress their career.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress their career and expand their current skillset in an ambitious start up company in a thriving industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead and co- coordinate preparation, review, and provide insights on management accounts.Perform reconciliation, analysis, and commentary for balance sheet accounts.Assist with the preparation of management information and analysisContribute to year-end audit preparations and support.Manage monthly, quarterly VAT/PAYE/CIS and other similar tax return routines.Input and support in the annual budget process.Preparation of year-end statutory accounts and simple corporation tax computationsSupport with budgets and forecasts as required, including project cashflow forecasts.Develop and document internal / system controls and cross-departmental processes.Offer support and input into purchase/debtors/creditors ledger.Support when required the integration, accounting, and reporting of group entitiesWhat We’re Looking For:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification.Experience in either Practice or Industry—this role is open to those transitioning from Practice into Industry for the first time.Strong technical finance knowledge and a hands-on approach.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.Career-driven individual looking to grow within the business.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.If you're a highly motivated Finance Manager eager to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Temp to permContract length: 6 monthsPay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per yearQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Detail-oriented and analytical
