Credit Controller / £30,000 / Dartford / 6 Month ContractWe are seeking a confident and motivated Credit Controller to join our client’s Finance team and play a vital role in ensuring monthly cash targets are met and overdue debts are kept to a minimum.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced credit professional to take ownership of their ledger, build strong relationships, and contribute to the financial health of our business.Key Responsibilities:Proactively recover unpaid debts using effective collection methodsProcess cash postings, raise invoices and credit notesReconcile customer accounts accurately and efficientlyManage your own ledger and build strong customer relationshipsLiaise with sales representatives to resolve account queries or changesHandle legal paperwork related to administration and liquidation of bad debtWork closely with the wider Credit Control team and Finance departmentResolve debtor queries promptly and professionallySkills & Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a credit control environmentStrong customer focus with a polite, professional approachProven ability to manage workload and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHighly detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsProactive and self-motivated team playerTrack record of achieving cash collection targetsExperience using Dynamics 365 and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirableCredit Controller / £30,000 / Dartford / 6 Month Contract
