They are known for their professional service, operational excellence, and commitment to compliance and safety.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Directors and Senior Leadership Team in a varied and responsible role.The RoleAs Personal Assistant, you will provide confidential, efficient, and proactive administrative support to the Managing Director, Sales Director, Business Development Manager, and wider leadership team. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and confidential administrative support to the DirectorsAssist with the preparation and submission of tenders and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)Maintain and update customer compliance portals and company accreditationsSupport the management of company policies, procedures, and strategic documentsAssist with marketing materials including document creation and promotional contentSupport the company insurance renewal process and administration of insurance claimsAdminister company benefits including healthcare, life assurance, and pensionsManage and update company information on external websites (e.g. Companies House, ICO)Administer payroll and pension processes for the holding companyOrganise meetings and events including travel, accommodation, and presentation preparationProduce agendas, take minutes, and manage action logs for formal meetingsMaintain and update the company intranet and website contentProvide ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior Leadership TeamSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience in a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrative role supporting Directors or Senior ManagementHighly organised with excellent attention to detailAble to work confidentially and professionally at all timesStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing multiple tasks and working to deadlinesExperience updating websites or intranet systems (desirable)Confident, proactive, and able to work independentlySalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)Full-time, permanent roleOffice-based position in ChesterfieldOpportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive leadership teamVaried and interesting role within a well-established, respected business
