This is a great opportunity to join a well-established finance team during a time of transformation and increased activity.This role will play a key part in supporting invoice processing across multiple European markets.The focus is on high-volume, process-driven tasks, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment and can work accurately at pace.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage a backlog of financial invoicesEnsure accurate invoice handling across 16 European marketsWork with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiencyFollow defined workflows while identifying potential areas for improvementUtilise SAP and internal systems to manage financial dataWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a finance admin, finance assistant, or coordinator roleComfortable handling repetitive, high-volume transactional workStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingFamiliarity with SAP or similar financial systemsAvailable immediately and happy to work full-time on-site in Hayes
