ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Intercompany & Overheads Finance Manager you’ll work closely with internal Bentley and external VW Group stakeholders and will be the main point of contact for all Bentley related intercompany transfer pricing and R&D cost allocation activities within the VW Group. As the Intercompany & Overheads Finance Manager you’ll have ownership of the largest functional budget within the business. You will also be responsible for control & delivery of the R&D overheads budget.MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESControlling the total Bentley Intercompany budget, working closely with internal Bentley and external VW group colleagues, ensuring transparency of information and inputs into budgets, forecasts and business forumsControlling the Bentley R&D Overheads budgetCoordinating the budget and planning process for intercompany & R&D overhead expenditures in totalManaging and controlling any respective business wide efficiency or improvement programmes, providing guidance and transparency of outputBeing the main point of contact for all intercompany related matters within VW Group, especially around platform and module cost allocations, and transfer pricingBeing the main point of contact for intercompany budget reporting and planning matters to AUDI GroupBeing recognised as an SME, providing guidance to ensure accounting principles have been adhered to and ensuring company compliance with internal and external audits, and all intercompany guidelinesEngaging with Bentley and VW Group leadership teams to influence business decisions, manage risk and highlight conflictsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful candidate will hold a recognised chartered accounting qualification (ACA, or ICAS)Experience operating within ambiguous environments, building and establishing processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to challenge and influence effectivelyExperience engaging with and presenting to stakeholders up to Board levelStrong analytical skills and experience producing comprehensive analysis to support decision making, including identifying risks and opportunitiesExperience working in a commercial business
