What you will be doing:Reporting to the Lead Engineer, you will be working Pittman rotating 12-hour shifts within a retail production facility:Attend machine breakdowns efficiently and provide effective measures to ensure issues are resolved.Carry out PPM, corrective and improvement actions on all packing machines.Deliver and develop effective re-active maintenance, repairs & improvements.Generate and complete work orders on the CMMS.Help develop and implement effective PM schedules.Support and achieve the engineering KPI’s.What you will need to succeedWorked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment – ideally FMCG automation / packaging.Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge of engineering.Qualifications: HND, HNC, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.Excellent fault finding and route cause analysis skills.Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working.
