Our client is a leading European packaging company that manufactures flexible and sustainable solutions for some of the world's most respected brands. As a Production Operative, your roles & responsibilities would be: To operate a machine feeding PE film through whilst maintaining a consistent feed and preventing blockages. To monitor and provide checks on the pellet produced with our Technical Department. To understand the operation of the machine and be able to problem-solve throughout the operation. What skills and expertise do you require as a Production Operative? Previous experience within a warehouse environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. This job can involve lifting up to 25kg.
